Dr. Birgit Schold


Dr. Birgit Schold graduated from The University of Iowa, College of Dentistry in 1993. She was born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark and attended Copenhagen University, Royal Dental College. Prior to opening Bluff Creek Dental in 2007 Dr. Schold practiced within a group practice in Bloomington and Eden Prairie for 13 years. She is previous adjunct faculty at the University of Minnesota, dept. of Periodontology.


"I love what I do and my favorite thing about dentistry is watching a patient ,who is very anxious about going to the dentist and not liking his/her smile, being transformed into a relaxed patient confident and happy with his/her smile.Feeling good about your smile often translates into feeling good about other parts of life.Our job is using modern dentistry to get there!"


Dr.Schold is an active member of the Minnesota Dental Association, Minneapolis District Dental Society and The American Dental Association.

She is active in local study clubs and continues to maintain a high level of excellence through advanced courses and continuing education.
Dr. Schold resides in Eden Prairie with her husband Randy and their two sons. She is a frequent volunteer at the kid's school.

In her free time she enjoys traveling, gardening, skiing, the outdoors and just spending time with her family and friends.

 

Cathy - Office Manager  

Cathy has been working in the dental field for over 20 years.  She manages all aspects of scheduling, insurance, accounts receivable and marketing for the office.She is happy to answer any questions you may have about the office, from processing insurance claims and maximizing your dental insurance benefits to scheduling appointments.

Cathy lives in Eden Prairie with her family and 3 dogs.  She enjoys biking, walking, traveling and spending time with her family.



Pam - Registered Dental Hygienist

I have over 25+ years of dental hygiene experience and have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Schold for the last 14 years. I like that our office has a soothing environment and that it is up to date with the newest technologies, making your experience the best ever.

My favorite part of my job is getting to know my patients and helping them achieve and maintain a healthy smile.

I live in Eden Prairie with my family and 2 dogs. I enjoy biking, hiking, cooking, traveling, knitting, reading and the Twins.

 

Danielle - Registered Dental hygienist
 

I have been working as a dental hygienist for 13 years and love what I do.  I see it as so much more than a career, because I really care about my patients on a personal level and like to spend my days helping each patient understand their individual needs and feel good about their experience when they entrust their dental care to me.  Working for Dr. Schold  is a true pleasure because of the warm and personalized atmosphere of the office and outstanding quality of care that each and every receives .

My favorite part of the job is educating my patients to better understand their oral health abd the steps they can take everyday to make themselves healthier.

I currently live in Chaska with my husband, 2 children and dog.  In my spare time I enjoy reading, scarpbooking, graphic design, movies, traveling and spending quality time with my family.

 

Teresa - Certified Registered Dental Assistant

I am happy to have found my "perfect fit" at Bluff Creek Dental in November 2012!  My lifetime goal!  Thank you for making me feel so welcome after Sue's retirement.  I look forward to getting to know all Dr. Schold's wonderful patients.  With my many years of dental experience I will make your visit with us comfortable and pleasant.  Your smiles are golden.

I live in Eden Prairie with my husband and we have two grown children.  I enjoy gardening, high school sports, Caribbean vacations and Twins games.
